Consumption Instructions

Enjoy as is or with warm milk!
Adults (17+): 1 tsp, twice daily.
Children (3-16): 1/2 tsp, twice daily.

Yes, kids aged 3 and above can have it.

What is the best time to take it?

Taking 1 TSP first thing in the morning and 1 TSP two hours after dinner is advisable.

How much should I consume daily?

The recommended dosage is:

Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily, preferably with warm milk or water.
Children (above 3 years): ½-1 teaspoon daily, preferably with warm milk or water.

Can diabetic patients consume Chyavanprash ?

No, it contains unrefined sugar (Mishri). We recommend consulting your doctor before consuming.
